If you are a parent of a pre-teen or teenager you must educate your child about their keeping control of their life by not letting themselves become addicted to this nerve poison. Their life and health depends upon your success. Do not depend upon their school or the media to prevent their becoming an addict. A simple and inexpensive urine test at the family doctor's office will tell whether or not your child is already using nicotine. Yes alcohol and other drugs ruin lives and cause disease and death but all of them combined do not do the damage nicotine does.

	Control the language of the debate! Do not use the industry's language  to discuss the issue, i.e. "smoking, tobacco, habit, and cigarettes" instead use "nicotine,  nerve poison, insecticide, brain altering, and chemical addiction".
	If you have, or are starting, an anti-nicotine campaign, be it a web-site, lobbying effort, PR campaign, media campaign, or whatever, we would be please to offer suggestions through our consulting service. A focused message from many sources would be much more effective than the uncoordinated messages out there now.  E-mail us.

 

	E-mail us your personal story.  We are especially looking for more personal stories on the "cravings" of nicotine withdrawal.
	Mention this site to anyone you think may be interested, web-masters at related sites, bloggers, chat rooms, e-mail your friends, etc.
	If you are a teacher of middle or high school students, have  them research nicotine, this site and do their own independent evaluation.
	Discuss the nicotine with you minister or rabbi and suggest a sermon on the topic.
	Force the issue into the public debate by challenging candidates for public office about their position on this issue. Better yet, run yourself and include nicotine addiction of children as one of your major issues.

	Make suggestions on how we can improve our site and increase traffic. At this point, you are either part of the problem or part of the solution.
